Own projects with a clear technical and business perspective
Ruiz Schwarzbach develops and maintains selected online projects. The current focus is on Dobsty and Locksty. La Mata is separate from this and belongs to our private holiday apartment.
Dobsty
Dobsty supports property operations: organisation, workflows, tasks and administration for holiday properties, guesthouses, apartment buildings and smaller hotels.
Locksty
Locksty focuses on the guest: direct booking, payment processing, digital check-in and automatic access permissions in one system.
Dobsty + Locksty
With Dobsty and Locksty we are developing two connected platforms for digital management and automation of holiday properties, guesthouses, apartment buildings and smaller hotels. Together they form an end-to-end solution from property operations to the digital guest experience.
Development status
Since 2024 we have invested almost every free minute outside our jobs into both platforms. The first practical tests have been completed successfully. Dobsty and Locksty are currently in the final optimisation phase.
Next steps
The technical foundation is well advanced. For the next steps we are looking for conversations with people who can contribute experience, network, capital or strategic support in hospitality, property management, holiday rentals, smart access or digital platforms.
